1. Are you a trading company or factory?

UNION DECO has its own factory where located in Yi County, Baoding City, Hebei province and Xingzi County, Jiujiang city, Jiangxi Province. We directly produce natural stones ourself and we source from other collaborative factories too which guarantees a competitve price and product variety. Since 2009 till now, UNION DECO has already established a long term and stable cooperation relationship with more than 58 factories. 

2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?

The MOQ varies by the Technics and machinery.  Please feel free to contact our sale team to check more information.

Normally for natural stone/mosaic products, our MOQ is one 20'feet container, of course, customers can mix different products to fulfill one container. For other products like home decorations and mother of pearl mosaics, the MOQ is 50 pieces or square meters. Our finally quotation based on your finally purchasing quantities and we also adjust policy to help new customers to start first business.

3. Can you do OEM for product? 

Yes, OEM is highly welcome, feel free provide your details requirement to us. For Natural Stone, our factory offer classic choice and we also keep updating latest design in every month or even in every week. If you have any new idea for the design, our production team workers can discuss with more details. Let's make everything possible. 

4. Can i get a sample first? 

Yes, sample is available, with freight collect or prepaid.

The sample fee for natural stones always free but we need to charge delivery fee since the weight of natural stone is very heavy. The sample fee for other home decors or high value products need to be paid. To support every business and keep a double win relationship, we will refund part sample fee according to different situation. 

5. How to ensure your quality? 

UNION DECO are manufactured in compliance with the strict quality standard in the industry. It is too said that we keep a top-level quality in the industry.
